Room descriptions are misleading-don't expect accurate balcony views or room sizes!!! Boot warmers need urgent repairs-they hardly work!!! The tiny, dark spa doesn't provide a relaxing atmosphere!!! Poor menu options leave much to be desired!!!

The setting was stunning, not far from restaurant in the hameau la Lay, grocery shop and Notre Dame de la Gorge. We only slept at the guest room with adequate storage, but enjoyed it. The staff were professional and exceptionally helpful, and the free parking was available.

The suite we stayed in was beautifully appointed and offered great amenities for our ski holiday. The real coffee available at breakfast elevated our mornings! I loved the convenient ski room, easy to store and access our equipment in the bustling winter months.

Spotless rooms with adequate storage available. Great facilities. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location close enough to shops, restaurants and restaurant in the hameau la Lay, could not be better. Nearby La Casa Roca - great place to chill out.

A comfortable stay with great hiking trail suggestions and a cozy bar area. The location is just a 10-minute walk from town. Be aware that the drying room is locked overnight, which may create issues for early risers. Breakfast was pleasant but pricey at €19 per person.

For a supposed mountain-view terrace, I ended up staring at a concrete wall. Lovely! Not to mention, waiting until 4 PM to check in is unacceptable. I almost thought I could write a glowing review until I realized no one bothered to offer me an upgrade or any snacks as compensation. Would've been nice, right?
